New Visibility options for your games: Integrations Only and Invitations Only
We’ve also added the option to Unpublish a game for as long as you want

Now you have more control over who can access your games. In addition to the well-known Public and Unlisted options, we’ve added two new possibilities:
- Integrations Only: The game will only be accessible from platforms where you’ve integrated it, such as Google Classroom or Moodle.
- Invitations Only: Only people identified as your Guests will be able to access it.
We’ve also introduced a long-awaited feature: the option to Unpublish a game for as long as you want, which closely resembles the former Only Me setting.
You can reactivate it whenever you need, without losing its settings or stats.
To make everything clearer and more useful, we’ve changed the name of the Privacy section to Visibility, a term that better reflects its actual purpose.
Here’s a helpful reminder:
- Public: The game is accessible to anyone and appears in search engines (including Educaplay’s).
- Hidden: Only those with the direct link can access the game.
You can set the visibility of each game from the Options tab in the editor, or apply a general configuration from the Customize Games section.
We hope you find these improvements useful!
